Bump Tests and Calibrations Failing

Why are my bump tests and calibrations failing?

Calibrations and bump tests can fail if there is not enough gas reaching the sensors.

  • To ensure that gas is flowing from the gas cylinder to G6 Dock, check that:
    • G6's gas sensor filter is clean.
    • There are no kinks, crimps, or leaks in the tubing.
    • The gauge on the gas cylinder indicates there is gas inside (i.e., check that the gas cylinder is not empty), and the gas tank valve is open.
    • The gas cylinder is using a demand-flow regulator.
    • The quick-connects are properly connected to G6 Dock.
    • The gas tubing is connected to the correct inlet.
    • Gas concentrations in the gas cylinder match dock configurations.
    • There is no ambient gas present.
  • If G6 Dock is still not operating correctly, please contact Technical Support.
