We identified a delivery issue that affected a limited number of outbound emailed Blackline Analytics reports. Although our system generated and sent the reports, our email service provider enforces an outbound email limit. As a result, a small number of emails were not delivered.

To ensure you receive your reports, we will be using multiple email addresses to send your reports — all within the same secure Blackline domain. Email reports will now be sent from the following email addresses:

These email addresses may be used interchangeably for scheduled report distribution. To ensure you receive your reports, please ask your IT team to add these email addresses to your organization's trusted senders list.
