Changing the Metal Clip
Replacing a damaged G6 metal clip ensures G6 remains in good working condition.
To replace the G6 metal clip, you need the items below:
ACC-MC Metal Clip
Small flat head screwdriver
Note: Reach out to your Blackline Safety contact to purchase replacement metal clips using the part number ACC-MC.
Note: If G6's plastic retention ears are broken, your device must be sent in for repair.
- Place G6 down on its screen to expose the metal clip.
- Push the small flathead screwdriver into the gap between the metal clip's base and G6's frame.
- Slide down the clip through the retention ears until you hear a click.
