Learn how to extend G6 battery life by using the battery saver setting.
The battery saver setting extends G6 battery life by automatically reducing the device communication interval to once every six hours when it reaches a low-battery threshold that you can set. This setting does not prevent or delay G6 from reporting gas alarms and SOS events. G6 will return to the regular communication interval when you charge the battery to a level that's 20% higher than the low-battery threshold.
