G7 Pump

G7's multi-gas pump cartridge uses configuration modes to enable and disable the pump. Configuration modes allow G7 to temporarily change its behavior. For more information, see Using G7 PumpNo Content found for /db/organizations/blacklinesafety/repositories/production/__sandbox/documents/Blogs/G7_Pump_using_08MAR2019/Using_G7_Pump.ditamap.

Pump Sampling

  1. Attach a quick connect to your desired length of tube.
  2. Attach the quick connect to the stack by lining up the guides and twisting clockwise.

Turning On the Pump

  1. Press the OK button to open the Main menu.
  2. Select Modes, then select the desired mode.
  3. Attach the tube, then perform a block test by following the instructions on G7's screen.

Block Tests

G7 automatically does a block test before it enters a pumped mode to confirm that the tube and pump cartridge are in working order.
