G7 PowerPack

Attaching PowerPack to G7

Detailed steps to attach PowerPack to G7.

  1. Release the clasp from PowerPack by pressing inward on the release tabs, then pulling the two apart.
    Release the PowerPack clasp
  2. Open G7's belt clip.
  3. Using the screwdriver provided, unscrew the metal clip's screw.
    Remove PowerPack's belt clip
  4. Remove the belt clip.
  5. Align the hole in PowerPack's clasp with the hole on the back of G7.
  6. Align G7's belt clip, PowerPack screw, and the hole in PowerPack's clasp.
    Align the PowerPack clasp, G7 belt clip, and PowerPack screw with the hole in the clasp.
  7. Through the opening in the top of the clip, screw both PowerPack's clasp and the belt clip back on to G7.
    Screw PowerPack's clasp and the metal clip to G7.
  8. Align the bottom or PowerPack with G7's charge port, then slide into place until you hear a click.
    Slide PowerPack to fully attach to G7.
  9. If G7's battery is fully depleted, press PowerPack's charge button to initiate the charge from PowerPack to G7.

When the fully charged PowerPack is correctly attached to G7, the charge light glows red at the bottom of G7 and the battery icon displays a lightning bolt to show G7 is charging.G7 with PowerPack: charging light on

If PowerPack is not attached properly or its charge is depleted, the red charge light does not glow and the lightning bolt does not display on G7's battery icon. Check PowerPack's battery level, then charge if depleted or try reattaching PowerPack to ensure it is correctly attached to G7.
