Troubleshooting Pump Block Failures
If a pump block test fails:
Check that a tube is connected securely to each assigned inlet.
Inspect tubing for kinks, blockages, sharp bends, or damage.
Verify that inlet filters are clean and unobstructed.
Allow the device to warm if operating below -20°C (-4°F).
Repeat the pump block test after resolving any identified issues.
If the pump block test still fails after checking tubing and retrying the test, contact Blackline Safety Technical Support for assistance.
