The Alert management page is used to manage and respond to active alerts.

If your organization is self-monitored, or if your organization uses Blackline Live to monitor other organizations, your Account users are responsible for managing and responding to alerts.

If your organization is monitored by Blackline Safety’s SOC or another monitoring service, do not try to manage active alerts. Giving Account users the Contact admin, View only, or Analytics only roles prevents them from interacting with alerts. For more information, see Group Roles and Permissions.
