connectivity light.</p><section class="section"><h2 class="title sectiontitle" id="blinking-green-light-0">Blinking green light</h2><p class="p">A blinking connectivity light indicates EXO is trying to connect
to Blackline Live. EXO will continue to monitor the area, although
monitoring personnel cannot receive communications while the light
is blinking. Data collected by EXO while the green connectivity
light is blinking will be sent when EXO connects to Blackline Live.
This includes low urgency and high urgency notifications, location,
messages, etc.</p></section><section class="section"><h2 class="title sectiontitle" id="solid-green-light-0">Solid green light</h2><p class="p">A solid connectivity light indicates EXO is connected to
Blackline Live and all data collected by EXO is being transmitted
to Blackline Live. Monitoring personnel will receive and respond to
high urgency notifications while this light is solid.</p></section><section class="section"><h2 class="title sectiontitle" id="connection-lost-0">Connection lost</h2><p class="p">If EXO loses connection to Blackline Live, an operational
notification will be triggered after a configurable length of time.
If EXO reconnects to Blackline Live within this time limit, no

            Essential email reports:</p><ul class="ul"><li class="li"><p class="p"><a class="xref" href="#usage">Usage report</a></p></li><li class="li"><p class="p"><a class="xref" href="#high_gas_events">High gas events report</a></p></li><li class="li"><p class="p"><a class="xref" href="#alerts">Alerts report</a></p></li></ul><p class="p">We are transitioning the email reports to a new format,
            offering a refreshed, consistent design across all three reports.
            The updated reports will start rolling out by September 1, 2025,
            and will take place in phases over several
            weeks.</p><p class="p">As part of this change, the reports are now being sent
            from a new email address: <a class="xref j-external-link" href="mailto:blacklinereporting@blacklinesafety.com" target="_blank">blacklinereporting@blacklinesafety.com</a>.
            To avoid any disruption, please ask your IT team to add this
            address to your organization's trusted senders

            to more clearly describe the data they contain, making it easier to
            find and understand the insights you need. The updated page names
            are:</p><ul class="ul"><li class="li"><p class="p">Device With No Usage in the Reporting Period</p></li><li class="li"><p class="p">Device Usage by Device ID</p></li><li class="li"><p class="p">Device Usage by Average Daily Usage Hours</p></li><li class="li"><p class="p">Device Usage by Total Usage</p></li></ul><p class="p">We are adding new insights to the first page of the report
            to provide you with a high-level summary and key metrics from the
            report. The new insights are: total usage, average daily use, and
            devices not used insights. The devices used insight is also being
            updated to now compare the number of devices used to the total

            layout of live certificates and
            downloadable PDF versions have been updated. Test results are
            highlighted and display at the top of the certificate to provide a
            more intuitive presentation of your key data.</p><p class="p">Several new data fields are
            added to provide a more
            comprehensive view of each test, offer deeper insights into device
            performance and testing conditions, and support better diagnostics

The Sensor reading page displays the latest sensor readings from your devices, providing up-to-date data and highlighting devices that are experiencing elevated readings. With both the Map view and the new Sensor readings page, you now have multiple ways to monitor your fleet's activity and sensor status.</p><p class="p">Only account users with the following roles will have access to the Sensor Readings page:</p><ul class="ul"><li class="li">

            <p class="p">To view the Sensor readings page in Blackline Live, select the Menu, then select <span class="ph uicontrol">Sensor Readings</span>.</p>
        </section><section class="section"><h2 class="title sectiontitle" id="sorting-the-sensor-readings-0">Sorting the Sensor Readings</h2>
            
            <p class="p">You can view and sort the Sensor readings page in multiple ways, giving you better visibility of your fleet and allow you to monitor device events more efficiently. You can use the various filters to sort or display by group, devices, or connection status. You can also easily monitor the sensor readings for all your organizations using the Organization dropdown. </p><img class="image" src="https://3026957.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/3026957/Support%20Article%20Images/Blackline%20Live/Sensor%20Readings%20Filters%20-%20Updated.png" width="600"><br>
            <p class="p">If you want to save a specific view of the page, you can create a bookmark in your browser. The bookmark will open the page with the sorting and filter settings intact. You can also share the bookmarked link, allowing your team to view the same device and sensor readings information.</p>
            <p class="p">To isolate devices for continual monitoring, you can pin specific devices to the top of the list of sensor readings.             <p class="p">The Sensor readings page highlights devices that are experiencing a sensor related event, making it easier to assess and respond in urgent situations. During a sensor event, the sensor reading is outlined in a color that reflects the event status (red for high-urgency, yellow for low-urgency, and gray for above zero readings):</p><img class="image" src="https://3026957.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/3026957/Support%20Article%20Images/Blackline%20Live/Sensor%20Reading%20Events%20Table.png" width="400"><br>
            <p class="p">By default, the list of sensor readings is sorted by which sensor readings were last updated. Devices experiencing a sensor event will be listed first, allowing you to immediately identify any urgent situations.</p>
