We've identified an issue with G6 firmware 1.8 that's reducing battery life on devices. We're actively working on a fix and will share it as soon as it's ready.

In the meantime, we recommend keeping a close eye on your remaining battery life and charging your G6 devices every 30 days to keep them ready when your team needs them. You can use the G6 single unit charger, G6 Dock, or one of Blackline's G6 multi-unit chargers. Our Technical Support team is happy to help you figure out what works best for your fleet.
