A message that may display if the attempt to unassign G8 is not successful.

If the unassign attempt fails, G8 displays:

Unable to unassign [name]. This means there was an error on the Blackline server and the unassign request was not successful.The device remains in the Assigned state until it is successfully unassigned.

If this error message displays, repeat the steps to unassign the device. If this message displays after the second attempt, contact Technical Support.
