An overview to charging G8.
G8 battery life varies depending on device configurations, connectivity, low-urgency and high-urgency notification response, operating temperature, sensor types, and pump usage.
Blackline recommends that you fully charge your device after every shift.
There are multiple options for charging G8:
Individual G8 device: Use the G8 charging cable and USB power adapter to charge a single G8. You can also insert G8 into the optional G7/G8 Dock to charge the battery.
Multiple G8 devices: Use the optional G8 multi-unit charger (5 unit or 25 unit), to charge one or more G8 devices at one time. These multi-unit chargers can also be used to charge the optional G8 PowerPack when attached to G8.
