Communication
G7 Bridge is equipped with an internal Iridium satellite radio and antenna that facilitates communication when inside or outside the range of cellular networks. The transition between satellite and cellular is automatic and seamless.

G7 Bridge automatically uses cellular over satellite communications when cellular communication is available.
One G7 Bridge can link up to five G7x devices to Blackline Live through 2G/3G/4G cellular data or the Iridium satellite network. G7 Bridge communicates with G7x devices through an industrial grade 900 MHz radio link. Personal monitoring devices can operate up to 2 km away from G7 Bridge with limited obstructions. Terrain, foliage, and buildings can reduce the overall range of the 900 MHz radio link.
