Mounting G7 Bridge under a Front Windshield
You can install G7 Bridge under a front windshield assuming the windshield is slanted and provides a high degree of visibility to the sky. You will need to order Metal Dash Plate (ACC-DASH-PLATE) kit. For easy removal of G7 Bridge, you can screw the dash plate to the top of the dash, and then use the magnetic mount to magnetically attach the dash plate.
Note:
This option works best for Ford F-150s that have a dash tray that you can easily remove or replace so that you do not have to drill directly into your dashboard.
Warning:
G7 Bridge must not block the driver’s vision, impair the driver’s operation of the vehicle, or interfere with safety systems such as air bags.
- Screw the multi-purpose mount directly to the top of the dash, or, for easy removal and remounting of G7 Bridge, screw the dash plate to the top of the dash, and then use the magnetic mount to magnetically attach G7 Bridget to the dash plate.
