Mounting G7 Bridge on a Non-magnetic Surface
You can use the multi-purpose mount with a double-sided adhesive to attach G7 Bridge to a non-magnetic surface. You can also attach the multi-purpose mount to a surface with a polyurethane industrial adhesive, tie wraps, screw fasteners, or hook and loop fasteners. For these optional methods, the multi-purpose mount ahs two tie-wrap slots and either screw-hole locations.
Note:
The multi-purpose mount is made from glass-filled nylon. If using industrial adhesive, confirm it is appropriate for both nylon and your mounting surface before you attach the mount.
- Confirm that the surface is flat and clean prior to attaching the mount.
- Remove the backing from the adhesive foam pad, then stick the pad to the bottom of the multi-purpose mount.
- Remove the second adhesive backing, then firmly press the multi-purpose mount to the flat surface.
- For best results, allow 24 hours for the adhesive bond to set.
