The gas expansion module is pumped and can be installed in EXO 8 and EXO 8 Gamma devices. When installed, the module allows EXO 8 to detect up to eight gases. If the module is installed in an EXO 8 Diffusion configuration, it converts EXO to the pumped configuration.
