Gas Expansion Module Pump Block
If the pump becomes blocked or fails, a pump block detected event generates a low urgency notification and is logged in Blackline Live. After you have muted the pump blocked notification, you can perform a pump block test to confirm that the pump block has cleared.
Note: A pump block
notification will be triggered when a tube is not plugged into the pump inlet
or when the inlet tubing is intentionally blocked while EXO is powered on.
The gas expansion module has a two pumps. Should the first pump fail, the module will automatically enable the second pump to continue operation.
