Manually Bump Testing with Multiple Gas Cylinders

If you do not have one gas cylinder containing the entire gas mix to bump test your Blackline Safety device, you will need multiple gas cylinders to complete these tests on the different sensors.
- Navigate to Gas options using the up and down arrows and press OK.
- Navigate to Bump test using the up and down arrows and press OK.
- When prompted, select Yes to start the bump test.
G7 will do a self test of its lights, sounds, vibration, and ambient noise before the Select sensors screen opens.
- Referencing your gas order list to ensure that you are bump testing in the correct sequence, select the gas sensor(s) you want to test, clearing any sensors that do not match the gas cylinder mix you are using.
- Select Start bump by pressing OK.
- Apply the correct gas mix when G7 prompts you on the screen.
When G7 is finished bump testing your selected sensor(s), any sensors you previously cleared will appear on the screen.
