Sensor Missing or Not Detected
Device detects that one or more sensor slots are empty, a sensor is improperly connected, or the cartridge is not recognized at start-up.
May trigger a high-urgency Sensor Missing notification immediately after start-up.
Fault may persist until the cartridge is properly reseated, replaced, or the device is restarted.
