When powered on, devices equipped with an MPS sensor require confirmation that the environment is suitable for automatic zeroing.

• A clean-air confirmation prompt displays. The user must confirm within 15 seconds.

  • G7/G8: Clean-air confirmation prompt displays after the initial start-up sequence.

  • EXO: Prompt displays during the setup wizard unless manually bypassed.

• If confirmed, automatic zeroing proceeds.
• If not confirmed, a latched notification triggers. The device must be power cycled before start-up can continue.

If the clean-air confirmation prompt is disabled in the configuration profile:

• The device prompts the user to manually zero the sensor through the Zero Sensors menu.
• Sampling does not start until manual zeroing completes.
