G7 EXO and Location Beacons have an IP rating of 65, meaning that the devices have full protection from dust and particulates, and protection against spray from any angle. G7c and G7x have an IP rating of 67, meaning that the devices have full protection from dust and particulates, and protection against immersion up to one meter for 30 minutes. The IP code is defined by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).
