Adding Team Members to Contact Groups

Adding team members to contact groups ensures that they are sent relevant updates.

  1. From the Main menu, select Alert profiles.

  2. Select the Contact Groups tab.
  3. For the contact group of interest, select Add Contacts.
    The Choose a Contact dialog box opens.
  4. Select one or more team member names.

    Team members that are already a member of the group are highlighted in the list.

    Team members flagged with a Team members without an email address button do not have an email address included in their profile.
