Updated Devices and Cartridges Report

We are pleased to share that on August 18, 2026, we updated the Devices and Cartridges report in Blackline Analytics. This update displays cartridge type more accurately, including new F2 cartridges, giving you clearer data to understand device behavior, troubleshoot, and plan for firmware compatibility.

Accurate F2 Cartridge Labeling

F2 is now the standard cartridge type shipping for all devices except G6. The Devices and Cartridges report in Blackline Analytics now clearly distinguishes F2 from non-F2 cartridges (Standard vs. Standard (F2), Diffusion vs. Diffusion (F2), Pump vs. Pump (F2)), so you can quickly understand why a device is behaving a certain way.Cartridge type definitions in Blackline Live.

Simplified Cartridge ID Display

Devices with multiple cartridges, like EXO 8 Gamma, now show one row per cartridge type with a distinct ID for each. This replaces the previous layout, which used separate ID columns that could display mismatched information depending on how the report was filtered.Simplified Cartridge ID display in Blackline Live.

Firmware Download Progress

As part of this update, we have corrected a display issue where in-progress firmware downloads could incorrectly show as 0%, so you can always see the actual progress in the report.

Clearer Labels and Formatting

We relabeled EXO "GEM" as "Gas Expansion Module," and the following have been cleaned up throughout the report for enhanced readability:

  • Column names

  • Date formats

  • Thousands separators

  • Layout

Updated About Page

The About page now explains what each cartridge type means, how to identify an F2 cartridge, and key device/cartridge compatibility notesDetailed About Page in Devices and Cartridges report.
